8:00 a.m.

I am watching Dateline NBC from recording it on December 4. Bing is catnapping in the rocker/glider chair next to me. I am thinking after I am finished watching the recorded program, I will go take a catnap myself to catch up on sleep I had lost during the night because I could not sleep very well last night. I am not very tired, but tired enough to take a name … almost two hours later. I have a Do Not Disturb sign on my door for people not to bother me today. I am taking a “me day” today in hopes that I will recuperate from my Arkansas trip entirely by tomorrow — still feeling a little jet lagged for some reason — six days later.
