I had to call the company my modem came from for them to tweak the modem because the configuration went berserk and I could not connect to the internet for about an hour. I even called my internet provider and they could not really help me because of the fact that the modem was not their modem and they did all they could to help me. Anyway, the company I had gotten my modem from was able to reconfigure my modem and get me back on line again a little after 10 pm.
That one hour I was beside myself! I had called CSE to come down for a while.
On top of the reconfiguration – from what I understand with the help from a friend – there was a software update needed but I will ask this friend later when the office opens here at the building I live.
