My First Saturday of the New Year

Okay, it pays to get enough sleep before church.  That I must have not happened because this gal fell asleep during church service this morning.  That is so embarrassing.  UUGGHH…  Anyway, i believe I had gotten warm and too comfortable between Sabbath School and worship service.  I do not know what really happened until I realized that I had only 5 1/2 hours of sleep before waking up for my day at 7:15 AM.  I am embarrassed. The sermon was not what put me to sleep.  I believe it got warm and comfortable in the sanctuary at the time I had dozed off and on next to CV who did tell me i snored a little bit but not too badly.  I was surprised she did not poke me to wake me up like she used to with Grandpa Van.   Anyway, I made it through the rest of the time at church without a hiccup or hitch after potluck, LOL.  Despite my sleepy morning at church, I was able to hear Pastor Van give his sermon.  I will be attending church again on Saturday, January 9, 2016 with Pastor Van and his wife CV at Woodland Community Church between Janesville and Milton and I am looking forward to going.
