My cares with DKF has changed slightly because she has another client added to her list of clients. Her days with until 12 noon have changed from Monday, Thursday, and Friday to Tuesday and Wednesday. Also with MC not here on the weekends, DKF has picked up two hours on Saturday and Sunday. Cares over the weekend have been picked up by her as well. We discussed it over the weekend that she will pick up the personal cares at 27.5 hours. I prefer it that way and DKF understands and would not mind it. Now I have to get used to the new schedule because I have to get up before 7 AM every morning Sunday through Saturday. I do like having my cares in the morning on the weekends and have my afternoons free to do what is necessary at home or wherever I am at.
Today was a very good day. I had my cares from 7 AM to 9 AM, then I had the rest of the day to myself. No major plans today. I am ending a bout of UTI symptoms and I have two doses of the antibiotic left. I can handle it. On Friday I intend to get labs drawn for myself, UW Hospital and Clinics, and Dr. A. I am glad I have a day to myself today – this afternoon.
