Time Moving Ahead

One of the toughest things for me to do sometimes is to sit down and take time to write. If I can sit on the computer on the internet for so many hours in a day, why can I not sit here and write? Writing can be different sometimes. Now with 2019 gone, except in the memory banks of my mind, I do have to admit that I want to do something different as far as writing in a journal (diary) of sorts. I have begun to organize my diary by topic. In other words, I have dialysis updates, my public diary, Burbank Plaza Apartment, my book (nothing there yet), Bing (yes, I have a journal just for him, lol), God, my blog site 1, and Thoughts on the Political Realm of Life. I needed to change things a little bit so I could concentrate on one topic at a time without feeling overwhelmed, confused, tired, and discombobulated. The feeling of being discombobulated is very uncomfortable.

Now, I know I have not written a lot in 2019, but I want to change that a little bit this year. My time to write in my diary can be done at any time of the day. I dislike being on my computer when I have company over and that is always and usually my IRIS workers who come I do haMonday – Saturday and Saturday and Sunday. I have two IRIS workers for now. I do not have a set time t write. Writing depends on how I feel from one day to the next. Today, being the first day of 2020, I want to begin writing on a good note, not a bad one. Why not begin a new book I call life? Yes, why not write a new book of life for 2020.

No More Dates

No more dates are not about not dating a gentleman/woman on this topic. I have my man and I love him dearly. I will not be going on any dates with other men anymore. Again, this title is not about a man dating a woman or a woman dating a man. What I mean about no more dates is that I will not be numbering my journal entries by number anymore. I have come to the realization, from not writing in my diary for any length of time, I have seen a gap between a date from an earlier date. I will write when I can from now on from where I first left off in my diary starting today, January 1, 2020. Why say January 1, 2020, or 1/1/20, 1, 2, and 3 when I could not be writing in my diary for 4 days? Writing the date down is redundant. Don’t you think so? When I write an entry, it will go in the proper place on the right date. I will surely see it.

You know what one of my favorite things is about this place we have here? I have a written record of what the heck was going on in my life, since 2002! But along the way there have been many adjustments to how I approached it. It’s a normal progression. The main thing is to DO it! And you have a plan. 🙂 Bravo!
