July 9–Joe Bonsall, Nails, and Stressing Ouf

Joe Bonsall

Well, Joe Bonsall, a singer from the Oak Ridge Boys has passed away today. My heart goes out to his family and friends who loved and cared for and about him. May God protect the family during their journey of grief and loss. RIP Joe Bonsall.

Nails

I got my nails all prettied up today. My left-hand fingernail polish had come off ALL my nails had come off and my nervous habit of biting my nails happened last week as well so when Jacque, my nail expert, fixed them up, I started to feel better within minutes after my nails were done.

Stressing Out!

After my nail appointment, Jackie P got me into bed, got my mail ready for the evening, got my waters and snacks by my bed and left for the day. I can tell you, although I am feeling emotionally better lately, I have dreaded going to dialysis for treatment because my rides to and from have been all screwed up lately. You Buy We Fly has been bouncing me all over the place regarding my time getting to and from dialysis for the past month or so. Something is not right with that company lately. The company continues to make mistakes and I have been the very person who is getting bounced around a lot lately. It is driving me crazy. I have been stressed out because of their messes lately and I am getting tired of it immensely!

As far as my appointments go, dialysis has been 11:45 AM to 2:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays ever since 2023 and the new clinic opened. You Buy We Fly has picked me up on time and never screwed up picking me up for months until a month ago. We have called MTM and DHS, but got pretty much nowhere with MTM. When MTM was Veyo, they did not believe that my complaints were genuine and was just complaining but going to see my CP specialist in Middleton proved to be a nightmare for me. The company called Cream City had my two caregivers up in stitches because the driver did not have a working air conditioner, drove over 90 miles an hour, would not pull over to let semis on the road nor would the driver move over for a city bus. Jackie was livid and recorded everything the driver did on the way back home as she drove behind us.
