12:45 p.m.

This is the first time I have taken the time to write in my journal all day. I had a doctor’s appointment at 10 a.m. thiis morning. I did npt have anytime to even turn on my machine this morning to check my e-mail. I know the minute I get home from my counseling appointment this afternoon, I am going my pajamas on and look at all my e-mails, etc… At this timem just sitting here waiting for my appointment, wanting to get on my computer to look at my e-mail sounds like something I am gokng yes and no. LOL Anyway, my day so far has been very good. My morning appointment went smoothly and comfortably. But the idea of having two appointments on the same day does seem awkward but I know that people have appointments back to back all the time. I know that other people do it, so can I. I am not used to it yet but it is something I can get accustomed to it sooner or later. My appointment with my counselor should take place in a few minutes.
