Today
Sleep has once again been a problem with me once again but I believe tonight will be better and hopefully different but I am not going to be totally sure at the moment. Anyway, today was a very good day for me because of the fact that I went out to lunch and to a movie this afternoon with some very special people and a couple of friends. I was gone from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and it was one of he best six hours of my life as I was able to get away from the building I live in. Today was a good day to get away even though the weather could have been better – a bitter cold just a couple of degrees above zero.
