Good Morning From Wisconsin

It is a little after 10 a.m. and I have been up for a couple of hours now. My first alarm went off this morning and I had a kitty cat here snuggling with me on my legs this morning so I could not move very well. LOL Bing has become quite a snuggler lately and that really surprises me because he is usually doing his own thing in the morning when I first wake up. Last night, remembering that Bing was snuggling with me during the night behind me, because when I moved towards the wall, I got a couple of paws kneading my back which felt real good. Too bad Bing does not have his front claws anymore because I really do miss my acupuncture treatments on my legs and arms when he is kneading. Personally I think Bing was thinking I was going to squash him in our sleep. I do remember turning to him and giving him a kiss and telling him I loved him and went back to sleep — both of us did anyway. Well, anyway, I woke up with him cuddling with me my legs and that was a warm feeling and I loved every minute of it. I did not want to get out of bed this morning but did knowing that I was going to have the milkman visit me today and I had to be dressed. I was still in my pajamas until a while ago. I did have a knock on my door before 9 a.m. this morning — a neighbor was passing on his pop can tabs to me for a friend of mine who saves them for his church. No big deal that this neighbor came by for a second, I just could not open the door all the way because I was in the midst of getting dressed for the day or trying to anyway, lol. No, my neighbor did not see anything, thankfully. I was discreet. SMILE!!

With two hours left in my morning, I have absolutely no idea of what I am going to be doing except trying to get a hold of another neighbor to interview her for the featured tenant and featured pet of the month for the newsletter. I did give this neighbor my telephone number, which is my cell number of course, but I have not heard from her yet, so I am beginning to wonder about this neighbor having hard feelings about something which I will not be surprised if she did, really. So much has happened in this building and the new management took over last June (2007) and knowing that this neighbor was friendly to another neighbor, the neighbor who lived below me before he was asked to leave — been evicted due to some problems he had caused. Do I feel sorry for this person if she does not call me? Nope. It is her loss, not mine. And I am not sorry for the attitude because I am sick and tired of people acting like high school kids and that is exactly what some of the tenants act like in this building. it is so obvious sometimes!! LOL… We shall see though. As for the rest of my day, I am staying close to home today otherwise. My joints are a little sore today.

  1. FYI – Yes, it is Neil Diamond who’s going to be the Idol mentor this coming week. He’s not a favorite of mine, but I dug up a little info and posted it (and answered your question) in a new entry on my diary. So you can check that out to jog your memory on his songs. 🙂
