My Day I

My day, so far began at 7:45 a.m. – shortly before that actually. Today being my Daily Living Skills (DLS) day, I always get up early so when my Living Skills Worker (LSW) LB gets here, I have little to do and she can get come in and do her things and leave just as quickly, if that is possible. Today, getting at up before 7:45 a.m., I got dressed, took care of Bing’s litter box, took care of the garbage in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room, did my dishes, and waited patiently for LB to arrive by 9 a.m. LB was late this morning so we did not get the laundry done this week … laundry will be done tomorrow morning after my shower when Karla comes over for the day after my shower. I did not have a problem getting up early … it has been an easy thing to do these days for the past month since I have been pain-free since September 8, 2010. I get tired during the day but I keep myself going anyway and try to go to bed early … even going to bed early by 10 p.m. has been not happening every night lately either no matter how tired I am by then, lol.

LB got here around 9 a.m. and cleaned the bathroom, swept the bathroom and kitchen flooring, vacuumed, and did her daily/weekly paperwork at my kitchen table before she left for the week. I will be seeing her tomorrow night at the annual dinner meeting IDS is throwing.

I decided to get cleaned up some when LB left for the week. I had to change my shirt and brush my hair for the day because at 12:30 p.m., I will be leaving for my 1 p.m. counseling appointment with PS and my caseworker MM will be there today. I am looking forward to going because MM will be there and plus my appointments with PS are going smoothly and more comfortably now that things are being worked on slowly and surely.

More later today when I get home and rested from my appointment and getting out.
