Getting Back On Track

I am getting back on track emotionally slowly and surely. I had a scary four weeks of anxiety to the point of fear playing a major role this time. I could not feel comfortable being alone even though I should have had time to be alone for the most part. Did not have any company over until later in the day – closer to the evening. This past anxiety attack scared me more so than any anxiety attack i had experienced. I have to be careful from now on… very careful.
