A Time to Think

Today has not been a horrible day for me, but I have learned that MC, my IRIS hired worker had fallen and may have broken her hip.  If she did, she will not working for me for a long time, and to be honest, I will be looking for someone else to work for DKF on the weekends.  It has not been a good day for MC.  All I have been doing is sitting around watching HMM TV as well as Snapped on Oxygen, reading, and relaxing pretty good, and my weekend pretty quiet.  I have to admit that I feel bad for MC even though I have no control of whaflt events happened today.

Another Read

I finished reading “Spiritual Vigilantes” by Danny Shelton about three days ago and now I have decided to grab another read of the Christian/spiritual genre.  I am going to be reading “The Conflict of Ages” series written by a Seventh-day Adventist author who was born in the late 1800’s named Ellen G. White.  The first book of the series is “Patriarchs and Prophets”.  I am only in the first chapter of the book “Why Sin Was Permitted”.  I have read the series before, but they are a good series to re-read over and over again. If you want to learn more about Ellen G. White,  just look her up online at https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=Ellen+G.+White&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8\\when you are comfortable to do.

Seventh-Day Adventism

Although I use Wikipediaa lot to look up actors and actressecs, I believl Wikipedia has some errors in it.  I am a Seventh-day Adventist and I am very happy to be in this church of believers in Christ,  To understand more about Adventism, I am willing to share this page with you at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seventh-day_Adventist_Churchas well as https://www.adventist.org/en/beliefs/, which can also be found on another webpage outside Wikipedia.  We are not a bad group of people wanting to win as many souls to the truth or anything drastic.  We are not a cult nor are we liars of the truth.  We use the Bible as our guide and we also do studies, meetings, and special activities, but we do not force people to become members of the Seventh-day Adventist church.  We pray, help, and do our best to help others understand the Bible.  We believe in the fourth commandment and that commandment is “Keep the seventh day holy.  It has nothing to do with the change in the calendar so long ago as Saturday has always been the seventh day of the week since the beginning of time. Now, there are apps on Roku or smart TV’s that are real good to watch and listen to.  Those channels are 3ABN (3 Angels Broadcasting Network)or on the computer.  Amazing Facts is also a very app/channel to watch as well.  It is called Amazing Facts TV.  There you can watch seminars.

Not Throwing My Religion Down Your Throats

Please understand that I know that there are believers in God in every church no matter where you are in the world, but I also understand there are no believers in God as well.  Whatever your beliefs are, are what you were brought up with in your family – broken or put together, poor or not so poor.  God knows your heart as he knows you from the beginning.  I am not here to throw my religion or beliefs down your throats. I have learned my lesson with a friend’s friend years ago when this person was struggling in her life due to spiritual pressures from her family and church members.  This friend’s friend was mad at me for the rest of the night. Ever since that one day and evening, trusting this friend’s friend was completely gone – not of what I did, but her actions and attitude had me walk away.
