Joint Pain Update

I am still dealing with joint pain but it is not so bad as it was yesterday. The weather is still cloudy and yucky but we have improvement coming on Monday and Tuesday. The pain I am dealing with now is a bearable achy painy feeling. I am not allowing myself to get stiff and have the joint pain hurt anymore than it does on the real bad days.
