This Morning

Today did not start out as bad as I thought it was going to after I had awakened from a not so pleasant dream of a memory that happened last summer visiting my family in Pennsylvania. I did wake up with a start but did not have a panic attack. At this time, at 2:08 p.m., I am feeling fine and despite the weather outdoors right now, so I am going to go run some errands with a friend of mine, JS, nearby home and will be back later this afternoon. I will write more later today unless I forget, lol
