A Death Occurred in Our Building!!!

Today was a VERY day for me…all day long — from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

My Schedule For Today

9:45 a.m. – Showered and got dressed
11 a.m. – My power chair was delivered and took a test run around the building indoors and outdoors.
12:40 p.m. – My LSW came by to clean the bathroom and take the trash out
1:30ish – BV left in confidence with me and my power chair
4:30 p.m. – Took power chair for a test run three blocks away from home
5:15 p.m. – Ate at Rice Bowl Chinese Restaurant
6:30 p.m. – Went to McDonald’s to have an ice cream
7:15 p.m. – Went to Family Video
7:30 p.m. – Went to Dollar General
8:15 p.m. – Got back home from my outing
8:40 p.m. – Watch the Chipmunks Squeakquel —- too FUNNY
10:40 p.m. – Went to bed for the night

It was a busy day today… on top of that there was a death of one of our tenants who died in his sleep last night. GL was in his 50’s and we do not know what caused his death or if we will ever find out what happened. My heart is going out to the family of GL’s and is breaking right now. We are going to miss seeing GL in the hallway, see his collections of memorabilia of science fiction, and him stopping in the office to say hello and talk to KR our manager.
