Another Early Morning
I did not get to sleep until after 1 a.m. this morning but still got up at 7:45 a.m. to begin cleaning before LB got here at 8:15 a.m.. I did the dishes, took care of Bing’s litter box, got the trash ready to go out and emptied all the wastebaskets in my apartment – the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Actually when LB got here to help clean, she took care of the wastebasket in the bedroom, but I just looked at it to see how full it was and walked out the bedroom without emptying in myself, lol. LB called to tell me she was ten minutes away so I got dressed, wiped down the kitchen counters down and off, picked up dirty clothing in my bedroom and put it in the laundry basket, and let LB in when she got here. Anyway, LB was here for only a half an hour. She cleaned the bathroom, swept the bathroom and kitchen floors, vacuumed my living room floor, and took some plastic bags out of my food pantry and got rid of a few plastic bags since I had so many, lol. After she left, I found myself having the rest of the day to myself and Bing.
The Rest of the Day
I did some reading. Watched TV all day. I even watched some live TV on my cable DVR box. I even awakened to watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Chuggington, Handy Manny, and Oso. I had an inner child in me today that needed to be taken care of. I was listening and watching the Disney channel until 12 noon today, lol. After lunch, I began watching some recorded programs on my cable DVR box like Law & Order: CI, Law & Order, Judge Judy, Night Gallery, and more live TV on my DVR box. I do not miss live TV, though. I prefer to get past the commercials and if a certain commercial does catch my eye while I am fast forwarding through the commercials, I will stop and watch the commercial.
Even though my day is not yet quite done and it is only 8:36 p.m., I have to say that my day was just perfect enough for me ALL day long. I even downloaded a new song on my phone I liked – Tattoo by Jordin Sparks, and downloaded an update on my IPod and got the battery juiced/charged since it was completely dead for a while, lol. I used it for my shopping list Saturday. I could not have asked for more.
Tomorrow’s Plan
I have my shower planned at 9 a.m. tomorrow. I am going to the bank to get quarters for laundry next week since I have no more quarters for one load. KH has plans for tomorrow afternoon so I will be home all day and I believe that my monthly cleaning gal will be here tomorrow after lunch sometime anyway, but I have no major plans tomorrow otherwise.
One More Thought
Bing is laying on the top of my recliner — above my head and his back feet have claws and he keeps combing my hair, lol…
