TGIF and More To Share…

I do have to admit that I am so glad that the weekend has finally arrived and that I am definitely feeling better than I did last weekend to yesterday – Thursday – but still feeling the after affects of the entire week from Sunday to Wednesday. The healing is definitely occurring at this time. I have no problem being on the BRAT diet everyday to keep my bowels moving and going. Anyway… Even though it is Friday and it is TGIF in my world, I have had a very busy day today and by the time 4 p.m. rolled around, my busy day has ended and the weekend is on its way. KH came to help with my shower, get me dressed, and then my morning appointment arrive and KH left for the weekend. After my appointment was over, TG and MM left and MM and I will meet up with J at 2 pm to go to my 230 pm appointment. After my 230 p appointment, we went to the credit union to get laundry quarters for the next loads of laundry because I super low. I am so glad that today is Friday. I am planning on taking the rest of my Friday to take it easy, watch TV, and be with Bing because when I was not feeling well from Sunday through Wednesday, I was not focusing on much of anything except trying to get some sleep that DID NOT come until Wednesday night when I finally crashed and slept over 8 hrs. Even though Thursday was a busy day.

Recapping Thursday

Every Thursday I have meal planning with MM and J. Actually not sure how long MM is going to be a part of the meal planning process but she has been here two weeks now/already. We went grocery shopping at Wal-Mart in the afternoon and then finished preparing my chicken meal to freeze it. By 430 p. MM left for the night. In fact,l

Realizing Something of Importance

I will never skip eating breakfast ever again in my world. It is, I have known for years, that it is the most important meal of the day. Well, today I had one banana and one cup of yogurt I had bought yesterday at the grocery store. It is recommended by Dr. H to have a cup of yogurt a day in my diet as well as the BRAT diet daily. I won’t skip breakfast ever again! So on Mondays, Wednesdays,. and Fridays, including Tuesdays, I will be getting up at 8 a.m. get to get going for my day and eat by 9 a.m. every morning. I do need to keep fiber in my diet so my bowels stay reasonable from this day forward. I was so uncomfortable and soooooooo tired by Wednesday because the anxiety I dealt with for a few days was so bad and out of my control. This past week was not the greatest week for me to be very honest here but I am feeling better today. I have the want to be on the computer playing games on Facebook again as well as reading more of my Harry Potter book titled The Prisoner of Azkaban.

Today’s Appointment

My appointment went very well today. In fact, HL did not think there was a need to change my medication for anxiety and depression even after my bad week of feeling yucky, going to the ER, meeting a new doctor Wednesday afternoon, and being somewhat busy despite ALL that has happened this week. A
fter my appointment and running to get my laundry quarters, I was so glad to be dropped off back at home and back to reading and being the computer.

Early, But Heading Off

I know it is early but I am going to head off here now and come back tomorrow sometime. I am going to fix myself something to eat, and lay down for the rest of the evening and night. I am not going to do anymore reading tonight. I took my book to read while I went to my afternoon appointment. The Harry Potter books are addicting, lol. I will be back tomorrow sometime.
