I am getting a new Motorola Atrix 4G sometime this week because the one I had for the past two days decided to quit working entirely – lost all my apps after uninstalling an app that I did not like. I am getting a new Motorola Atrix 4G and NOT a refurbished phone this time – cost was cut down for me so I did not to pay full price for the new phone because of the fact that my 1st Motorola Atrix 4G bit the dust earlier tonight. I am was very upset because I thought I did something wrong but learned that I did not do anything wrong – refurbished phone was defective after all. I am coming down from the very upset state now and after ordering my new Motorola Atrix 4G, I was able to breathe a little more easier – tech person was very nice and I am glad the tech person was another woman – sweet as could be and calm which helped me out to get to my calm state more quickly. She even did her best, failing of course, to troubleshoot my phone to working order again but it did not happen. So… right now the sim card that was in my Motorola Atrix 4G is in my Pantech cell phone so I could make and receive phone calls until I get my phone in the “snail” mail this week. I will be okay. I was able to take care of the problem earlier tonight.
