I do have to admit that today was a fairly busy day for me all day long. I walked 4,407 steps and reached the calorie burn past 2000, and I do have to admit that I was very busy all day long. I walked three times a day, since it was very hot and humid outdoors. I actually helped JP now JE since she is now remarried with the laundry – in washer, in dryer, and bringing it down just to get some extra steps in. I even walked up to see if one of my favorite gals, BS, was home and found her in the laundry room doing some laundry and we chatted for awhile before we went to her apartment for a while and chatted more. After leaving BS’s apartment, I took care of some business for my mom regarding our Bodybugg systems from Apex Fitness and now I do not have to worry about my membership until April 2013! Both my mom and I use the Bodybugg system and I love it – her friend DH as well of course.
Other than my day being busy, I am glad to be happy for the most part, but I do have to admit that I had a feeling of dread for a while this early evening and I could not understand why. I am going to talk to MM about it tomorrow and go from there.
