A Small Change

I am still very busy today but things have changed slightly. JE came a little early to get my laundry done and cook my lasagna. We were going to make lasagna rolls but changed it to lasagna – still vegetarian and very delicious. I got dressed for the day for my 230 pm at the Job Center. I am all ready to go pretty much. My shower gal RK left at 1145 am, JE left at 1215 pm and I am to call her at 145 pm to remind her to pick me up at 2 pm to drop me off at the Job Center. Some of the overwhelming feeling has subsided now that everyone has left and it is only my cat Bing and I for about an hour and 15 minutes or so now. I am nervous about tonight’s weigh-in though and wish I did not have to go tonight because today is such a busy day for me already – overwhelming somewhat but not so bad anymore since this morning. I do have to keep myself busy though or I will go crazy and crack into a million anxiety attacks!
