Long Lives Shadow Pup In Our Hearts

When it comes to certain news from New Mexico, I am one who knows right away.  I got a call from my mom’s husband, the man I call Papa, telling me that Shadow had died today. They had to put Shadow down because he was deaf and blind, and it was a choice that had to be made because of Shadow’s health.  My heart is going to miss Shadow, who I have always called Shadow Pup and my brother pup throughout the 10 or so years he lived.  Shadow Pup will live in our hearts forever.  Now he is at rest with his sister Flyer who passed away three years ago when she was not quite yet 10 years old.  Long lives both pups in our hearts forever actually.  They will be greatly missed.
