A Fun Day

Because of Memorial Day yesterday, IDS was closed to observe the holiday so today I got together with my IDS worker MJ and another IDS worker in training. We did not go to Woodman’s today at all. We went to Wal-Mart and shopped there and got what I have been aching for for a while – new washcloths. I even got new towels and a bath mat for the floor, groceries, and then we got back here and cleaned. I was not in the mood to clean at first but once I got my new towels and washcloths, I was able to donate some older but still usable towels and washcloths. We even got rid of some smaller clothes from my bedroom closet and two dressers. It felt good to get rid of some clothes and donate them to a cause that matters – the homeless. I ended up being with MJ and another worker from 10 am to 245 pm today and it was relatively fun.
