It Has Happened To Me Now

I love my mom’s husband. He texted and emailed me that someone hacked my email contact list. Am I mad? No. I’m now saying it has happened to me now. Upon this happening to me, I am making some changes and making some calls come Monday. I made a couple of calls today already. I’ve dealt with my ears getting warm. That is an indication that anxiety wants to rear up on its haunches and give me heck. I am not giving in to it. I won’t be eating supper tonight, though. My stomach seizes up where food isn’t welcome for a few hours. I will be fine by morning.
