Thanksgiving in Arkansas

Today was a beautiful day in Arkansas. As a matter of fact, the weather in AR was in the 70’s today. The weather was just gorgeous! Anyway, my dad’s wife did a lot today to get our dinner done by supper time, and with the hard work that was put into the fixings of the dinner, the food was just fabulous and tasty. The turkey was moist and juicy, the potatoes were good with gravy, the stuffing came from Stove Top stuffing mix but it was tasty just the same, a vegetable side dish, real and real cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie or pumpkin roll. The pumpkin roll was a hit tonight for all of us here – sister, myself, Dad, and Dad’s wife. We have not had any pumpkin pie…LOL Anyway, it was a beautiful dinner!
