Shopping & Package

I thought I was going to go grocery shopping at 1130 am but JP called early and told me that she was done with her client before me early and wanted to know if I wanted to go sooner. We did not go to Wal-Mart this morning because I did not want to be gone too long just in case my package came by UPS early and I did not want to miss the UPS delivery – they don’t wait and they have left slips between the doors – the front entrance – letting me know that they have come in the past and they are NOT going to be missed when they deliver my package. Anyway, got my shopping done at Pick N Save today instead of Wal-Mart. I did not feel like going all across town today anyway – not just because of the package I was waiting for. After shopping, JP and I put my groceries away in there respectable places, I sat down for a while before visiting the office to see how the manager was feeling because she was not feeling good for the past two days. Anyway, getting there, I was asked if the package on the seat was mine, and it was – my new but refurbished cell phone had arrived and it was in the mailroom and the manager took it and put it in the office knowing I was going to visit the office before the week was over and the office was closed for the weekend. I have a lot to learn about my smart phone! I have not had one before – a simple phone was all I had started out with for the past few years or so. My first cell phone was a Nokia 3360, then I had a Nokia flip phone, and then my Pantech, and now my Motorola Atrix 4G! I am moving on up – slowly but surely – with the technology. I had learned that my phone company mailed the package through snail mail after all – not through UPS like I thought. I got my package and that is all that matters to me right now. If I seem MIA please feel free to blame my new phone, lol.
