Today was an okay sort of day.  I decided to play the lazy game and watch TV all day and have Bing Crosby the Cat lay around on my lap.  I just did not want to go anywhere until it was time for me to go to Prophecy Seminar meeting at 7 PM when my ride came at 6 PM or so to set things up.  I am feeling okay but I have had a lot of diarrhea lately and it is driving me crazy.  My Dr. S and my coordinator (kidney) has discussed on lowering my Cellcept to 750mg a day instead of 1000mg a day.  That included 4 capsules 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.  To ease the diarrhea and get out of a messy situation Dr. S and my coordinator discussed talking 750mg a day 1 in the morning, 1 at noon, and 1 again 8 PM with my 8 PM doses of medication.  Even the Cellcept is one drug that many transplant recipients frown upon as well as Lasix, the drug is working for me and keeping my Glomerulonephritis at bay and not destroying the kidney any further.  The second thing about Cellcept is that not everyone with the disease I have cannot tolerate the med so it goes both ways.  So we will see how things go with the new dosage … something that has to be done … willingly or not.
