Not much is going on right now. My plans to stay in my pajamas did not happen after all since I had to leave my apatment to go to the building office to write a work order for my toilet. My toilet did not flow over because it was clogged, but because it runs on and off even when the toilet is not being used. The maintenance man did come and look at it and fix it. It still does its running now and then but not so often…thankfully. I really am now watching 7th Heaven and so I am going to go for now. I am going to go get my pajamas beck on. Later…

The Day Has Begun

My day had begun a little shortly before 8 p.m.. Still groggy at that hour, my Emilee Cuddles just would not stop getting my attention about something, LOL I kept closing my eyes and Emilee’s paw kept pawing my shoulder to keep me awake and her meows of needing something was going on in my head at the same time. I figured that I had a real good alarm clock. Good ol’ girl, Emilee Cuddles!

For some odd reason, I feel that my world today is just plain lazy! I am still in my pajamas and I am not in any hurry to get out of them and dressed for my day. Not a thing is happening today. No appointments to go to until Thursday and even Thursday seems so far away but really only three days away and time dooes go by fast when you least expect it. My day has begun, even though lazy is in today, LOL

I have a plan…clean off my bed in the bedroom. The bed has a lot of clothes to put away and my suitcase from my vacation this Christmas holiday needs to find a special place so I can use it for school again this semester.

Just Talking/The End of The Night…

I am feeling better now that my day is closing up and bed is not that far away. I still feel a little off but my moods are not so bad now. That is why I am writiing in yellow font…I am beginning to smile. I talked to my Nellie Mom about what was bothering me as well as what I have been praying about as far as two friends are concerned. After talking to Nellie Mom, my world seemed to have a glimmer of hope and now that glimmer of hope is getting bigger and bigger. I feel so much better than I felt since December 30th and 31st. I am not the only one who wants to have any anger inside me. J do feel a little disappointed, though. I am not feeling real tired yet and it is after 10 p.m. here on Sunday night. Last night I had little difficulty getting to sleep and I tossed and turned, watched television, laid in bed and stared at the ceiling with my thoughts on nothing but trying to get to sleep! Tonight looks like ANOTHER ONE of those nights once again. YIKES! Anyway, my day has ended now and I am off until tomorrow. Good night everyone.

Really Not In the Mood…Oh No!!

I am not in the mood to have any company today and I am not in the mood to talk to anyone on the phone except for a select few. If any of these friends call, JustAnotherBeth, Nellie Mom, Nellie, Nana Lea, and ALL my family. I will pick up the phone. I am ending my period and so I am a little bit moody and I know my friend mentioned understand.. I hate being moody but that is me. I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MONDAY, JAN. 13TH FOR SCHOOL TO RESUME! I do not even care what is on television, either. That is not strange for me but I just want to be left alone for a while today.

Where Did My Weekend Go!

Oh my goodness, my weekend is disappearing so fast and it is now Sunday morning before 11 a.m.. We have snow on the ground and it is still snowing from the sky. It is beautiful out there! I love snow enough to see the prettiness and the white fluff make the world white but NOT along with ICE! That’s icky! Anyway, I spent most of my Sabbath/Saturday sleeping after I got home from church. It was potluck at church yesterday but I did not stay because I just did not feel comfortable doing so this weekend. I got my period! I guess part of my weekend was slept off, huh? LOL I would have been on some yeseterday but as the day closed, I did not feel like doing anything on line or on my computer so I did not turn on my computer. I just did not feel like it. Isn’t that a joke? Nope…I surely did not feel like getting on line at all and that is the first time in a while, too. Oh well…life’s a mystery sometimes.

I can not believe that it is January 5, 2003 already! WOW! Cool!

Do You Want To Know What Bothers Me Sometimes?

I had company over this afternoon for about an hour and then I left to run an errand to the Job Center just two to three blocks away from my home. As I was walking to and from the Job Center, I saw litter all over the place. Empty plastic bottles of pop, water, and broken beer glasses. Litter just drives me bananas sometimes. I can not understand why people do such things like littering as I think that litter is so appalling and IT LOOKS HORRIBLE! It makes things disgusting, horrible, and junkie. Anyway, on my way home, I almost stepped on broken beer bottles. There could have been some problems there. I think it is disgusting and gross. If I could, without getting sick or disgustingly dirty, I would pick things up and make this city I live in a litter-free zone but because of the germs and bugs that are constantly going around ALL YEAR ROUND, I can not do some things because of the risk of the transplanted kidney I have had for fourteen and a hal years – going on fifteen years March 12, 2003! I can get a blood infeection from cutting myself on a broken glass, staff infection can kill me by shutting everything down. Anyway, what digusts me is the litterbugs of this world! That’s disgusting and horrible.

Who Could Ask For More?

I got a 3.0 this semester which took me off Financial Aid Probation completely so now I can get my monies (financial aid) this coming semester for January – May. I had gotten my blood work done for my monthly blood work check up and everything there is normal and great, and I do not have any more urinary tract infection! YES! I have started out 2003 with a good start. I can not ask for more!

Today

Before I left for part of the day, I worked on a new look for my diary here and FINALLY got it looking nice. I decided to mix and match some colors a bit and now I am satisfied with the “new” look, but I do know I will be adding to it off and on from this day forward and changing it slightly from tiime to time. Who knows…LOL

It was 11 a.m. I had left my place to go out with my Nana Lea to do a couple of errands, have lunch, go to the grocery store ALdi’s, the gas station to fill the car with gas, go to American Family Insurance to pay her insurance bill, and then go to the bank to grab some quarters for laundry. Nana and I did not get home until after 3:30 p.m. this afternoon and boy was it cold out today. BRRRR!!!

I got on line again when I got home to work on my journal for a while once again on its new look. After a while Nana called to invite me for dessert…YUM!! I visited with her for a while and then came home…after I did a couple of errands in the building dropping off the newspaper to Nellie Mom and going to the community room finding some tops and sweaters that will fit me nicely. Now I am home again just having a good night at home quiet and peaceful. Now it is time for bed here. I have to get up early to go to the hospital to get my monthly lab/blood work and an urine specimen to check on the infection I once had. It has been, even though cold, a good day all day long. Now I am ready for bed. Good night everyone. Bye…

A New Look

I have decided, after all, to have a new look for a while once again. Now that Velvetdazzle has done it a couple of times for me, I wrote down everything that she has done, so now I can do “special” things myself now. I do not know how long I am going to have this “new” look but it will stay for, at leat, a while. The look that Velvetdazzle was definitely beautiful and I will, if she wants to, make my Dear Diary place special, she can do it again if she wants to. She is such a sweet girl! Anyway, enjoy my new look for a while. I know I will.
